Heather Morgan is the office administrator and paralegal at C.K. Quade Law, PLLC.  A native Idahoan, Heather was born in Boise and raised in Twin Falls. With her education and twenty years of experience in the legal field, Heather brings our team an abundance of knowledge and leadership.  Her journey began in 1999, when Heather earned her Accredited Professional Legal Secretary Certificate from the College of Southern Idaho. She finished at the top of her class, boasting a near perfect score on the certification exam.  Heather continued her pursuit of education at the College of Southern Idaho, and in 2001, achieved her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Soon after, Heather began an eight-year career in criminal defense which exposed her passion for areas of the law that impact individuals and families.  For twelve years she worked for one of Boise’s most distinguished divorce attorneys.

In fine tuning her passion, she determined that proper planning can mediate and possibly avoid familial strife, and in January of 2018, she joined C.K. Quade Law, PLLC, as a paralegal.  Within six months, she embraced the challenge to further develop her skills and accepted the position of Office Administrator.

Heather is the mother of four wonderful children. Heather’s interests outside of her professional career include adventuring in Idaho’s beautiful outdoors, i.e. camping, hiking, backpacking, hot springs and gardening. The combination of Heather’s education and experience, coupled with her unlimited compassion and understanding, result in her being a strong, capable leader in the office and tireless advocate for our clients.
